“Trees Interrupted ”

Trees Interrupted c. 2007. This is an installation of twelve panels of water color paper linked together in a grid pattern, across which is painted a grove of pine trees. This loosely connected grid of panels is suspended from the ceiling and slightly out from the wall to allow movement with natural air currents of the room. The scale and spaces between panels engages visitor movement in order to perceive the whole. Documented at Stafford Studios, Ottawa
