Windows from China
The Windows From China, Caligrammes, August 4 to 14, 2005
An exhibition coordinated by Sandra Hawkins showing 25 oil paintings by Mr. Wang Shengli and Mr. PangXio Dong, both acclaimed artists in China who also hold positions at the Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in Central China. This was the second phase of the Internationa Ottawa-China Artists’ Exhibition Exchange begun in 2003. The first phase was a solo exhibition of paintings and media works by Sandra Hawkins held in Xi’an China during May 2004.
